Youth exchange “Green Defenders” in Samobor, Croatia

Every project is a new experience and that is one of the best things there is for a young person. No matter how much we write, it will be little to show the wonderful time we spent in Samobor. Our days passed so quickly that it was with a heavy heart that we accepted the return to reality.  This eko project was very significant for us because through it we gained new skills that will be useful to us professionally, we strengthened our awareness of caring for the environment and how to make people around us care about it through the 5Rs, we gained new friendships for a lifetime, we explored Samobor and enjoyed its sights, learned phrases in other languages ​​and the very mix of people and sharing experiences made us expand our horizons even more. Also the fact that we were located in a mountainous place made us even more aware of how much we should protect the greenery we have because only through nature can we find the peace we desire at any moment. It was our pleasure to be a part of this adventure!
