The “Young Fashionistas” Erasmus project was an absolute blast from start to finish! Imagine spending days immersed in creativity, surrounded by people who share your love for fashion, and getting to create something unique together—that’s exactly what we did.
We kicked things off by diving into the world of hand-made accessories. Picture this: a room full of colourful fabrics, beads, threads, and crafty goodness. We let our imaginations run wild, brainstorming and designing pieces reflecting our personalities. The best part? We didn’t just make a few accessories—we crafted an entire collection from scratch! It was amazing to see our ideas come to life, piece by piece.
But the real highlight? Our very own fashion show! After all the hard work, we strutted our stuff on the runway, showing off the collection we had poured our hearts into. Seeing our creations under the spotlight, cheered on by everyone, was beyond exciting. It wasn’t just a show; it was a celebration of everything we had achieved together. And it wasn’t just about making things—we also took a trip through the history of fashion. Learning how styles evolved and how different cultures influenced trends over the years was super interesting. It gave us a whole new appreciation for the fashion world and inspired us even more in our designs.
What really made the project unforgettable, though, were the people. We met so many amazing, like-minded folks who quickly became friends. Whether we were crafting, learning, or just hanging out, there was always laughter and good vibes. We shared stories, swapped ideas, and had so much fun along the way.
Looking back, the “Young Fashionistas” project was everything we hoped for and more. It was creative, inspiring, and most of all, it was just plain fun. We learned a ton, made some killer fashion, and created memories that we’ll carry with us forever.
