From 22th to 28th of February 2022, our young participants attended the youth workers training “Eco centric learning factory” in Samobor, Croatia as part of the Erasmus + exchange.
In the international environment, they had the opportunity to socialize and learn with participants from Croatia, Bulgaria, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Romania, Portugal, Spain and Turkey.
Participants raise the level of self-confidence and motivation that can significantly improve their work, encouraging them to respond effectively to today’s challenges and develop programs for young people that use nature as the most important resource.
The skills and knowledge they have acquired in this project as part of activities and workshops are organizing activities in nature, methods and tools for transferring knowledge outside traditional frameworks, standards of behavior in nature, orientation in nature, the culture of dialogue and discussion.
The expected impact is the development of quality and comprehensive non-formal education programs based on outdoor and eco-centric principles that will effectively respond to the identified needs of target groups of organizations closely related to current challenges (especially those caused by the COVID-19 pandemic).
