During our stay in Taevaskoja, Estonia, which lasted from 30.11.2022-08.12.2022 we had the pleasure of meeting a lot of interesting people. Throughout of “YoutHacker 2.0” we worked on many topics, which brought us more closer at the end of the project. The subject matter of the project was to learn how to write projects, as well as furthermore our knowledge in the field of Erasmus+ , what it takes to write a good project and managing newly created problems. Participants were from other European countries and every one of them made a big impact in the project.
From this training course, participants learned the fundamentals of what does it take to write a good and acceptable project, ideas you can implement in future projects, ways to boost creativity etc. Energizers, one of the most important parts of each session, has to be a good and short game to boost a participant’s will to contribute to the project, and taking a break.
After returning to their home countries, participants, by themselves or in a group, had to do a dissemination, regarding the project and sharing what they learned from this experience. The whole ideas was to attract new people to join the Erasmus+ program as well as exercising their abilities to become more functional and good trained facilitator.
