As part of the “Recycle Your Future” project, we had an incredible opportunity to learn about the importance of recycling and sustainable living. During the project, participants engaged in various activities and workshops where they learned about waste classification, innovative recycling methods, and techniques for reducing waste in everyday life.
A key activity was the visit to the local recycling center. There, we learned about waste processing and how waste materials are transformed into new products. This experience inspired us to think differently about waste and how we can change our habits to contribute to a cleaner planet. In addition to educational activities, we also visited the old town of Nessebar — a cultural gem that is part of UNESCO’s World Heritage. This visit allowed us to feel the history and understand how cultural heritage can be preserved through sustainable practices.
The “Recycle Your Future” project was an experience that encouraged us to think, act, and advocate for a greener future. All participants are returning home with new ideas and solutions for a better future!
