As a part of the Exodus project we represented CET Platform in Ankara from the 9th until the 18th of June. For the three of us this was one amazing experience. No matter how much experience we gained in the last ten years in many Erasmus+ projects, every new project brings out something different for all of us.
I will start from the hosting organization. Firstly, Mehmet and Sefer were both amazing facilitators, they were explaining the topic to every participant in a way simple enough for everyone to understand it and work on it.
It is important to say that the “EXODUS” project is established as a platform for exchanging good practices in favor of migrants, political refugees, and asylum seekers. The project’s intervention area is to reinforce the key competencies of adult learners through inclusive activities such as art therapy, performing arts, volunteering, human rights campaigns, and digital media communication. In this project we had the opportunity to share our points of view with representatives of different countries, the Ministry of Youth of Türkiye and representatives of the Red Cross. We had study visits in both of those places. Later on we visited other important cultural places and landmarks in the country.
It was pleasure for us to be a part of this project, we learned a lot and we hope for future collaboration. In addition here are some pictures and memories of this project.
