In the period from April 21 – 28, the young activists and volunteers of the CET Platform Slave Koteski, Dušica Koleva and Olgica Andonova were part of the TC project “Outdoor Education and Nature Activities in Youth Work” which took place in Krzyzówa in Poland. In this project, our volunteers played a significant role, sharing their previous experiences and learning about new experiences. They distinguished between classical education and non-classical or formal and informal education. The trainers of the project shared their knowledge daily through games and small tricks for better and easier learning of the youth. There were 24 participants from a total of 8 countries in this project. The participants were from: Bulgaria, Croatia, Italy, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Spain. In this training course, young people worked and developed a strategy on how everyday learning affects their lives. The young people talked every day about several facts that they had not learned before, and they learned them there. For example, everyday learning about the concept of youth activism and youth informal involvement in everyday aspects of education. At this project, young people shared their experiences from non-governmental organizations and schools. They gave more facts about everything they had learned in school and how their knowledge would serve them in the future. Also, on this project, the young activists shared several experiences:
Slave Koteski: My experience is due to membership in a large number of non-governmental organizations, youth participation, daily youth support during project implementation and sharing of knowledge and experiences related to the educational and non-governmental sectors. Also in my opinion as a young person, I have always seen professors as a person who can make changes to some degree in high school. Some facts from this project showed me that it is possible to transform every young person by not seeing their lecturer or trainer as a professor but as a trainer or a person who is ready to teach you something more than the book. Several times before, I also had the feeling that we were isolated because of that educational system, while as a young person in Poland I learned how to do things even more prepared and in stages.
Dušica Koleva: As a young and active person, in my current and past work, I want to share several experiences related to this project. For me, this opportunity taught me how to solve things in a relaxed and calm manner. I understood that life is not a race but a journey in which we always learn something new. The seven-day meditations showed me that life can be more relaxed and peaceful, and that we are here to learn from each other about the new challenges and knowledge of the Erasmus + program and to share experiences together.
Olgica Andonova: This experience made drastic changes in my daily life for me. My way of communicating with professors and coaches started to change drastically and it showed that these projects hold some secret in themselves. Through this project I met many young people from Croatia, Poland, Bulgaria and other countries. Most participants from the project shared their knowledge as mentioned by Slave and Dusica, but in any case for me one of the more interesting events that was there is that I saw a different culture, Each of the countries shared their own culture that was different from ours. I was really happy and fulfilled because I had the same opportunity to present our country together with Slave and Dusica to the other participants. This encourages and encourages me as a young person to understand the Erasmus + program and offer something different to the world in which we live.
