Erasmus + Training Course InclusiVibes was held from April 8 to 14, in Rimini, Italy. Throughout the week, we worked intensively on improving and expanding our knowledge on the subject of “inclusion” through theory, sharing good practices by team members from the countries participating in the project, as well as learning practical tools and work methods ( such as the theater of the oppressed, madianos, person-centered planning …etc.).
It was of great benefit that among the participants and mentors, there were professionals who work daily with people with disadvantages, so they shared important information with us and managed to capture more closely the problems and challenges these people face. The best thing was that we did not focus only on one group of disadvantaged, but on the contrary, a wider range of categories of inclusion was covered (from people with special needs, immigrants, etc…).
In addition to work, we also had a day off, which we used to visit San Marino, the fifth smallest country in the world, and the third in Europe (after the Vatican and Monaco)… During the entire training, we were placed next to the beach and had the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Rimini every day.
This training broadened our knowledge of the subject, our cultural perspectives and acquaintance with Europe, and how European countries deal with and improve inclusion through their institutions and policies. Huge thanks to the host organization and especially our mentors Meho and Ina, who were there for us at all times, and made our stay unforgettable.
