From the 7th to the 15th of March this year, I had the opportunity to attend the IMPRODRAMA 3.0 project, which took place in Poronin, Poland. Today is the 16th of April, and it feels like yesterday that I came back from this training, I have previously attended other Erasmus+ trainings and exchanges, but really with a sincere heart and pure will I will say that this one was the best so far.
All my heart to the trainers and organizers of this wonderful training, I send even more love to all the participants in it, I think that together we managed to build a different world at least for the few days that this whole adventure lasted, and of course thanks to Mr. Erasmus+ (Meaning the people behind) for giving us the money, he made it possible! In the end without him we would all have stayed at home as I am right now despite the fact that it is weekend.
But without saying too much, and getting overexcited, I’m seriously grateful for this project, I think I learned a lot through theater play and entertainment it’s a proof that theater play and entertainment can be a very effective and enjoyable way to absorb new knowledge and skills. I’m eagerly waiting for the next one. Maybe I hope better 😊.

The organization |
The Improdrama 3.0 project went excellent. When we arrived we talked about the upcoming days and activates. The schedule was perfect, we had 4 sessions in a day, including coffee, lunch and dinner breaks. The teachers and the organizers were really professional, and they made a strong connection with each of us. They were really respectful, kind, and they showed high concern about everything we did there. Their working programme was super productive, useful, interesting, and they have always been helpful and flexible during the project.
Activities |
We had a lot of amazing activities there. From learning physical theatre, mime, energizer sessions, juggling, body expression exercises, to improv sessions, learning about psychological safety, meditation, and also learning how to work in a group, connect with each other, how to improve ourselves, feel each other as partners in the project, how to give and receive a feedback, and how to trust our goals.
We connected with all the participants, and in just 2 days we became friends with everybody. In our free time we were playing board games, singing, relaxing in the swimming pool, exploring near by places and we also had an intercultural night which was pretty cool. On our free day, we went in Zakopane, and some of us went to their national park. The experience there was amazing. They have beautiful nature, rivers, and a lot of snow, and museums.
The participans |
The thing I liked the most were the participants. We were 30 people, from different countries, and we acted like one. We had communication and fun all the time. There were people with different professions, but most of them were in the arts. While working on this project, we had a chance to know each other better each day, and that’s why we built a strong connection with everybody, and made a lot of friendships.
