The “Education 4.0 for Youth” project’s most recent transnational meeting took place in Riga, Latvia from October 17-20. All project partners, representing five countries, successfully convened with 12 participants. The meeting proved to be a highly productive ending point for the project and enabled the team to share their recent work.
The team from Greece was unable to physically attend the meeting, so a Zoom meeting was conducted in their place during the event.
At the last transnational meeting, we held extensive work package sessions focused on conducting surveys for students, teachers, and employers. We also developed a dissemination strategy and assigned roles and duties for each partner. At the meeting, we used breaks and side meetings to discuss and prepare for the full dissemination and ad campaign. Overall, all project partners and individuals demonstrated a high level of commitment and completed their tasks on time. The strong collaborative networks established in previous meetings proved effective, and everything ran smoothly. The meeting had plenaries to achieve the last three objectives, including presenting survey results, sharing learning materials in each country’s language, and presenting each partner’s dissemination campaign.
All partners presented their work, and certificates of participation were given to participants and volunteer students who aided the meeting’s flow. We also planned the next activities, and we are looking forward to a future collaboration.
