The final evaluation meeting of the “Exodus” project took place from 06 to 09 May 2023 in Skopje, North Macedonia. Participants gathered at Hotel G with a sense of anticipation and engagement. The location provided a suitable environment for productive discussions.
On the first day, partners arrived and were welcomed. The local transfer and dinner outing allowed participants to establish connections and engage in conversations, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
The following day started with breakfast at the hotel, setting a positive tone for the day. During the first session, partners introduced themselves and shared their roles in the project. The evaluation of the previous learning events prompted reflections and discussions on the outcomes and lessons learned. In the second session, participants worked together to create a final evaluation questionnaire, marking an important step in gathering feedback. The completion and distribution of the questionnaire generated a sense of accomplishment. After lunch, the meeting focused on planning online campaigns and expanding the audience through social media. Participants brought creativity and enthusiasm to the brainstorming session, infusing the atmosphere with energy. Preparations for the Day of Europe event at Europe House in Skopje took place later in the day. Participants looked forward to showcasing the results and campaigns of the “Exodus” partnership, evoking a feeling of pride and anticipation.
The second day began with breakfast, fostering a sense of togetherness. The Day of Europe event allowed partners to introduce themselves and highlight the significance of their work. Sharing experiences from the “Exodus” learning events led to discussions on the benefits of EU membership and programs for youth and disadvantaged groups. The financial overview session brought a serious tone to the meeting as the partnership’s financial status was reviewed. The final documentation and administrative steps were addressed, ensuring transparency and responsibility. In the concluding session, the partnership underwent a final evaluation, contemplating the journey of the “Exodus” project and discussing next steps. The participants left with mixed emotions, but with a sense of optimism for the future. A dinner outing provided an opportunity to celebrate achievements and express aspirations.
On the last day, as participants enjoyed breakfast together, there was a feeling of gratitude and satisfaction. Farewells were exchanged, marking the end of the meeting with a sense of fulfillment and anticipation for future endeavors.
Overall, the final evaluation meeting provided a platform for productive discussions and reflections. It allowed participants to assess the project’s progress, plan for the future, and address administrative matters.
The Exodus KA2 Strategic Partnership is focused on the exchange of good practices among European organizations working in the field of adult education, especially in favour of migrants, refugees, asylum seekers and second generations. Our full area of intervention focuses on the reinforcement and development of the life-long key competences of our staff and volunteers working in inclusive activities such as art therapy, performing arts, ESC (European Solidarity Corps) volunteering, search and creation of work, human rights campaigns and social/digital media communication. The project is funded by Key Action 2: Strategic Partnerships for adult education of the Erasmus+ programme through the Italian National Agency.
