The training course “Social entrepreneurs in action” has finished and we wanted to share the amazing things that we have done in the final days. It showed the knowledge and experience that we as participants gained during this project and our competences in practice!
How was it implemented?
We were divided into five-six groups to prepare tools and methods to facilitate workshops of non-formal learning activities. We discussed about self-employment and very different business modules. Trainers instructed us on what we should do and how to do the tasks including: target groups, general information, aims and objectives, methodology, time and task division, evaluation, materials needed, etc. And supported us throughout the process of creating it. In each group we got to test the workshops by delivering it to the trainers and got their feedback on how to improve the content quality, finalize the end product and develop our competences. All the business modules we discussed can be found online.
Also we had a one free day where thankfully to the organizers we spend it in the Ski resort Pamporovo. We took cable car there, some of the participants skied and others learned to ski for the first time with a personal trainer. It was really an amazing experience.
End of the project:
We brainstormed ideas and discussed how the knowledge gained about social entrepreneurship of the project can be successfully disseminated locally, national and international level. We were offered help if ever any of the participants would like to start their own business and do the Business plan. We also got ideas for organizing future activities within the framework of this project. The program ended beautifully and peacefully, using creative non-formal methods (see pictures!) and in a formal way with anonymous written evaluation forms.
