Three representatives of CET Platform Macedonia participated at the training course for youth workers “SMILE! -Positive psychology, Creativity and Nature for inclusion of marginalized youth” that took place in Gudevitsa, Bulgaria from 26/09/2019 to 04/10/2019. Anastasija, Timotej and Sandra, together with people from Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Greece, UK, France, Italy, Poland and Czech Republic managed to fulfill the mission of the training course – to support young people in the search of their true-life purpose by raising personal awareness, connection to nature and building sustainable core values.
The atmosphere of the project was enjoyably relaxed, creative energy was all-around. Intriguing topics at every corner; music had been played around bonfires as the laughter of the participants echoed throughout the mountains. The sweet taste of the local vegetarian food, the tranquil smells and presence of the forest around, as well as activities included which had brought the participants to reconnect to or further potentiate their roots in nature.
This one-of-a-kind, rare experience left the Macedonian team amazed, and they are definitely interested in the next training course, which can reconnect some of the incredible bonds which were made at the training course.
