Youth Exchange “EmpowerFlow: Crafting Change – An Erasmus+ Adventure in Human Rights & Inclusion” in Rimini, Italy

After a week filled with activities, workshops, and laughter, our participants finally returned to their home countries with their minds full of memories. The objectives of the event were to empower young people, show them that they have a voice, and collaboratively find solutions and behaviors to foster inclusivity for everyone. The activities included energizers on the beach or in the park to enjoy the fresh air and prepare for the day, forum theater to depict situations of oppression and reflect on conflict resolution skills, and international nights to exchange information about each team’s country, embracing interculturality while learning new dances and trying out culinary specialties. The diverse workshops allowed participants to share ideas, create connections, and build bridges between young people. The event brought together 24 young participants from North Macedonia, Greece, Portugal, Italy, France, Spain, and Ethiopia, all interested in creating an inclusive world and standing strong in it. Memories and connections were made that will hopefully last a lifetime.
