“Inside Out” was a training course that was held from the 08th until the 14th of December 2022, in Trbovlje, Slovenia. It gathered 22 young people from Macedonia, Slovenia, Italy, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Spain, Hungary and Romania.
Its main aim was to learn more about the importance of other intelligences, such as the interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence. With the help of the excellent trainer Tatjana Verbnik Dobnikar, the participants had the chance to try out different techniques and methods on strengthening the two intelligences and learning more about themselves. We learnt how to process our emotions and how to respond in tough situations. All of the activities during the training course, were done in a multicultural environment, which not only helped with improving the participants’ collaboration with each other and communication, but it also made everyone more aware of the different cultures and traditions.
It was an amazing experience that enriched us all with great memories and new friends that we would not have had the chance to meet otherwise.
